Summer is almost here! Which means ROWING! 🙂 Lots and lots of rowing. Please watch the safety video above before our first practice.
Weekly workout plans will be posted by Saturday at midnight (see links to the right). Although it is optional, I hope you will take the time to review the ‘rowing visualization’ video several times as well as the technique playlist. These will help you progress more quickly as a rower by giving you the terms, tools, and images that will help you make sense of what I share during practice.
